We invite all families to join us for worship and study.

  • Services: Sunday at 8:00 AM & 10:30 AM; Monday at 6:00 PM.

πŸŽ“ Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP)

The February WPCP application window opens on Monday, February 2! This is your best opportunity to secure your child's seat for the 2026-2027 school year.

  • Be Ready: Ensure your proof of residency is ready

  • Submit Promptly: Plan to submit both your online application and documents to St. Paul

🏫 Kindergarten Open House TOMORROW

Calling all kindergartners for the 2026-2027 school year!

  • When: Wednesday, January 28, 3:30-5:30 PM

  • What: Receive additional information and meet our kindergarten teacher Mrs. Shrum. Tours of our facilities can also be done during this time.

🍞 Lent Meal Opportunities

Would you or your group be interested in hosting a Lent fellowship meal? Meals are served in the church basement between the 3:30 & 6pm Wednesday services, beginning 2/18. A freewill donation is typically taken to benefit your group of choice.

Availability:

  • 2/18 – Women's Ministry

  • 2/25 – OPEN

  • 3/4 – PTO

  • 3/11 – 8th Grade Class

  • 3/18 – OPEN (spring break)

  • 3/25 – OPEN

❄️ Snow Days Update

St. Paul has reserved approximately 28 hours (3 school days) for snow days during this school year. We have utilized approximately 2 out of the 3 days.

According to State Mandate, schools must provide 1137 hours for grades 7 & 8 and 1050 hours for grades 1-6. In the event we need additional snow days, grades 7 & 8 will have virtual learning days. Upper grade teachers will provide additional information if this occurs.

🌍 Missions Update

  • 1st Semester: Our mission offering was designated toward starting a mission school in Liberia. Our school collected $450 that will be provided to the mission school. Thank you for your generosity!

  • 2nd Semester: Missions are designated toward Wisconsin Lutheran Chapel on the campus of the University of Wisconsin-Madison. This is a joint mission project among our Fox Valley Lutheran Schools.

  • January 28: Kindergarten Open House (3:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

  • January 31: Future Falcon Cheer Camp (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM) for grades 3K through 3rd. No registration needed. Mini performance at 10:45 AM. Performance again on February 6 at halftime of boys' B basketball game (arrive at 5:30 PM). Shirts: $10 if pre-ordered, $12 in office.

  • February 11: Grandparents' Day (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM). Contact the office at 920-733-9061 or office@stpaulappletonwi.com to sign up!

  • February 12: Family Fun Night at Badger Sports Park (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM). $15 per person for 3 hours of playβ€”laser tag, inflatables, mini bowling and more! A portion of proceeds goes to St. Paul PTO.

  • March 3: PTO Meeting at 6:30 PM. All are welcome!

πŸ€ Athletics & Volunteers

  • Donate for Dough: Athletics is raising money through this fundraiser. Register via the link in the original newsletter.

  • Volunteer Sign-ups: Each family is responsible for 4 hours of volunteer time per season to help home games run smoothly. Sign up via the link in the original newsletter.

A new season of VEX is underway at St. Paul! You're invited to check out all the hard work our students are putting into their robots at any of our meets. Meets are listed on the school calendar.

St. Paul Ministries has immediate openings:

  • Janitorial Team: 30-35 hours/week, afternoons and evenings. Responsibilities include routine cleaning, empty trash, maintaining cleanliness, and reporting maintenance needs. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds. Contact facilities@stpaulappletonwi.com
