Welcome to our latest community update! At St. Paul Lutheran Ministries, we partner with families to nurture children for Christian lives of service and for eternity. Below is a mobile-friendly breakdown of important dates, enrollment details, and upcoming events.

🏫 2026-2027 Enrollment & Tuition

It is time to begin planning for the next academic year. Please take note of the following deadlines and rates:

  • Returning Families: Look for an enrollment email from noreply@infosnap.com. Please complete the process by February 9 to secure your spot.

  • New Students: Any family looking to enroll a student not currently at St. Paul must first submit an application for review by the School Board.

  • Tuition Rates: The LES Board has approved the following for 2026-2027:

    • Members: $1,800

    • Non-members: $5,200

    • Note: The actual cost to educate each child is approximately $10,000, but ministry support helps keep tuition costs accessible.

Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP)

The WPCP is moving to a monthly application system. Because seats are limited and filled as applications are verified, returning families are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

  • First Window: February 2, 2026 (8:00 AM) – February 20, 2026 (11:59 PM).

  • Reminder: A spot is not guaranteed for returning families; seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis within the application windows.

  • Prep: Have your proof of residency (W-2 or a recent utility/property tax bill) ready for the online application.

⛪ Worship & Faith Formation

We invite all families to join us for worship and study.

  • Services: Sunday at 8:00 AM & 10:30 AM; Monday at 6:00 PM.

  • Starting Point Class: Beginning Sunday, January 11 at 9:15 AM in the School Learning Center. This 8-week course explores the core truths of the Christian faith.

🗓️ Key Dates & Events

  • January 12: Fang’s Reading Challenge begins! Students can earn Timber Rattlers vouchers for meeting reading goals.

  • January 28: Kindergarten Open House (3:30 PM – 5:30 PM). Meet Mrs. Shrum and tour our facilities.

  • January 31: Future Falcon Cheer Camp (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM) for grades 3K through 3rd.

  • February 12: Family Fun Night at Badger Sports Park (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM). Tickets are $15 for 3 hours of play, with proceeds benefiting the PTO.

🏀 Athletics & Volunteers

  • Donate for Dough: Our Athletics fundraiser begins January 12.

  • Volunteering: Each family is responsible for 4 hours of volunteer time per season. Please sign up via the link in the newsletter to help our home games run smoothly.

  • Yearbook: Please send photos of sports, VEX Robotics, or field trips to Melissa VanLinn at mvanlinn1983@gmail.com.

💼 Career Opportunities

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:
