St. Paul Lutheran Ministries: School News & Updates
Welcome to our latest community update! At St. Paul Lutheran Ministries, we partner with families to nurture children for Christian lives of service and for eternity. Below is a mobile-friendly breakdown of important dates, enrollment details, and upcoming events.
🏫 2026-2027 Enrollment & Tuition
It is time to begin planning for the next academic year. Please take note of the following deadlines and rates:
Returning Families: Look for an enrollment email from noreply@infosnap.com. Please complete the process by February 9 to secure your spot. Please answer NO to signing up for sports and other extracurricular activities at this time.
New Students: Any family looking to enroll a student not currently at St. Paul must first submit an application for review by the School Board.
Tuition Rates: The LES Board has approved the following for 2026-2027:
Members: $1,800
Non-members: $5,200
Note: The actual cost to educate each child is approximately $10,000, but ministry support helps keep tuition costs accessible.

📢 Call Update
Mr. Jason Kelley received a call to serve as principal and teacher at California Lutheran Academy (High School) in Wildomar, California. The call is to serve as principal for K-12 and to teach English and Literature.

🎓 Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP)
The February WPCP application window is coming soon! Now is a great time to gather your proof of residency documents.
Documents Needed: Recent W-2 or utility/property tax bill
Why Apply Early: Submitting your documents early with your online DPI application helps ensure your child keeps their Choice seat for 2026-2027.

⛪ Worship & Faith Formation
We invite all families to join us for worship and study.
Services: Sunday at 8:00 AM & 10:30 AM; Monday at 6:00 PM.

📅 Key Dates & Events
January 16: Chapel & Gr. 2 & 5 Coffee Connection at 8:05 AM. Parents—please sign up by 1/9 with your classroom teacher.
January 28: Kindergarten Open House (3:30 PM – 5:30 PM). Meet Mrs. Shrum and tour our facilities. Fill out an APPLICATION if you're planning to enroll.
January 31: Future Falcon Cheer Camp (9:00 AM – 11:00 AM) for grades 3K through 3rd. No registration needed. Mini performance at 10:45 AM. Performance again on February 6 at halftime (arrive at 5:30 PM).
February 11: Grandparents' Day (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM). Contact the office at 920-733-9061 or office@stpaulappletonwi.com to sign up!
February 12: Family Fun Night at Badger Sports Park (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM). $15 per person for 3 hours of play. Proceeds benefit the PTO.
March 3: PTO Meeting at 6:30 PM. All are welcome!
May 21: Closing & 8th Grade Graduation Service with reception. 8th grade parents—contact Mr. Kelley if you'd like to help plan.
📝 Report Cards
2nd Quarter report cards will be distributed to parents after school on Tuesday. There are no 2nd quarter parent/teacher conferences scheduled, but you can contact your child's teacher to set up an appointment if needed.
🏀 Athletics & Volunteers
Donate for Dough: Our Athletics fundraiser begins January 12. Register via the link in the original newsletter.
Volunteer Sign-ups: Each family is responsible for 4 hours of volunteer time per season to help home games run smoothly. Sign up via the link in the original newsletter.
🤖 VEX Robotics
A new season of VEX is underway at St. Paul! You're invited to check out all the hard work our students are putting into their robots at any of our meets. Meets are listed on the school calendar.
💼 Job Openings
